Are you a resilient person who is struggling? I can help guide you back to yourself.
Have you lived through trauma in your childhood or as an adult but still get stuck in self-destructive patterns and relationships? Are you in the midst of a significant life transition or loss and not sure what to do next? Or do you teach or help others for a living and find yourself feeling anxious and depressed, overwhelmed or just plain burnt out?
It can be difficult to find confidence in your own voice and your abilities, or be clear about your own needs when you’ve been through extremely stressful experiences. I can help you identify the patterns and blocks in your life that have been keeping you stuck, so you can start to get more balance back in your life and live it more fully.
My Approach
I think of myself as guide. I’m there to walk along side you through places that might scare you, so you can begin to find balance, clarity and make life choices based on your authentic self. My goal is to help you make friends with yourself on a very basic level and reconnect with who you are at your center.
